I am Arjun Raj A, currently pursuing my Master of Technology in VLSI Design at Lovely Professional University (LPU), Punjab, India. My technical focus encompasses Very-Large-Scale Integration (VLSI), semiconductor technologies, digital IC design, RTL design concepts, embedded systems, and hardware development.
My engineering journey has been shaped by hands-on academic projects, rigorous technical training, research presentations, and student leadership. Through comprehensive project work, I have explored microcontroller-based systems, sensor integration, embedded programming, hardware assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and system-level design.
I co-authored and presented MediGuard 7X, a smart medication management system published on IEEE Xplore, and led the development of MediGuard 2.0, which secured Third Place in the Think & Thrive technical paper competition. During my six-month industrial internship at KELTRON Electro Ceramics Limited, I gained valuable exposure to production operations, quality control, procurement, and supplier coordination.
Academic degrees and schooling forming my foundation in electronics, VLSI design, and computer science.
Certified industrial internship, student leadership, and specialized technical career training programs.
Documented areas of exposure, project application, and coursework across VLSI, embedded microcontrollers, and hardware engineering.
Real-world systems combining microcontroller programming, sensor networks, biometric security, and cloud connectivity.
A smart, cost-conscious embedded medicine box designed to assist patients in following daily medication routines through scheduled reminders, biometric authentication, and automated compartment access control.
Final-year project upgrading the original concept to an ESP32-based architecture featuring an automated 6-compartment rotating tray, voice alerts, IR pickup sensing, and companion mobile application monitoring.
Real-time early warning system designed to improve safety in rainfall-prone and hilly regions. Evaluates soil water saturation and ground vibration against predefined thresholds to dispatch local and remote alerts.
Peer-reviewed conference research published on IEEE Xplore, along with presentations at international technical forums.
The paper describes an embedded medication management system integrating scheduled reminders, biometric authentication, electronic locking, and visual/audio notifications. The project combines hardware and software elements to support reliable, tamper-resistant medication routines for elderly and chronically ill patients.
